Who We Are
Marshall & Co (Scot) Ltd is a Perth-based home renovation and improvement contractor delivering well-planned, professionally managed residential projects across Perthshire and surrounding areas.
The company may be newly formed, but the team is anything but new to the trade. Founded by Lee Marshall, the business brings together over 15 years of hands-on experience — years spent refining a way of working that puts preparation, coordination, and craftsmanship at the centre of every build.
Since 2009, Lee and his team have been delivering structured residential renovations across the region, from house extensions to kitchen renovations. Marshall & Co is the natural evolution of that work — a company built to reflect the standards they've always held themselves to.
